Great food! The staff was so helpful. The atmosphere here felt like being with family. The location is top-notch, so close to markets, ghats, and the railway station. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from har ki pauri. 🌟

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. We were able to easily walk to all of the major attractions in the area. there were plenty of dining options and transportation options nearby which made exploring the city even easier. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay.

We did experience a few setbacks during our stay. The room was quite small and did not have any chairs which made it difficult to enjoy our meals comfortably.

Celebrated new year in the city and had an overall decent experience. Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi came handy. Located in proximity to main temples and the Ganges. Being able to enjoy the Ganges from the balcony was a great plus.

Room was lacking modern amenities and needed up-gradation. Cleaning needs improvement;

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is very convenient, situated in a very crowded and narrow street, just in front of the railway station. The service room service was top-notch, with attentive staff always available to assist us. We also took advantage of the car hire service provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the in-house restaurant, with a wide range of options to choose from. our experience at this hotel was exceptional.

If you are looking for a hotel near the railway station, this hotel is a great option. It is conveniently located in front of the railway station and close to shops and restaurants. Although the street can be crowded and narrow, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the staff is helpful and provides good service, including a delicious breakfast. the view from the rooms is beautiful with a glimpse of the city skyline.

The WiFi service is not reliable and needs improvement.

The hotel's location is the best feature. It is very convenient as it's near the transportation hub with easy parking in front. I was able to easily access the city's main attractions. The hotel facilities were superb, and I particularly liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.
